• a personal emergency response system that is available in each room
• an individual entrance from inside the building that can be locked by the resident
• front entrance doors that are locked every night at 8 p.m. in the summer and 7 p.m. in the winter
• a personal mailbox that is opened with a key
• elevators for easy access to the second floor
• telephone jacks that are available in each apartment (resident has to arrange with BellSouth for phone service)
• safety rails in the personal care hallway
• safety rails available in bathrooms
• sprinklers and smoke detectors in each apartment
• 24-hour security and supervision, which gives you or your loved one added peace of mind
